Our warranty, plain English

25 years on our work

This is a summary of the warranty you get in writing after every replacement. The manufacturer’s warranty on the shingles is separate and on top.

What’s covered: Leaks and failures caused by our installation: nailing, flashing, vents, pipe boots, drip edge, ridge.
How long: 25 years from the install date. Not prorated — year 24 is covered like year 1.
If you sell: Transfers once to the next owner, free. Send us the buyer’s name and we reissue it.
How to claim: Call (614) 555-0142. We inspect within 3 business days and fix covered work at no charge.
Not covered: Storm, hail and tree damage (that’s insurance), and areas changed or walked on by others after us.
